Project Management

You will be appointed a permanent project manager at Perfect Coat. The project manager supervises the entire project. They will draw up a schedule and will keep you informed of the progress of the project. All steps of the production process are seamlessly coordinated. In this way, all deadlines are met without any problems.

Mould making and injection moulding

Injection moulding is the process in which liquid plastic is injected into a mould under high pressure. This enables mass production of identical products. Perfect Coat works together with various professional mould manufacturers and injection moulding plants. Each injection moulding plant has its own qualities. The project manager links the project to the injection moulding plant that best fits the project.

Industrial wet coating

In the case of industrial wet coats, a lacquer coating is applied to plastic parts in any desired colour. Even difficult colours such as high-gloss black and chrome effects are no problem for us. Our 3 state-of-the-art paint lines are able to provide product parts with a high-quality coating on all sides. The smooth and even end result adds a sleek appearance and pleasant feeling to the product.

Printing and laser printing

We can finish your product with text, images and markings. This is done according to the pad printing technique. Printing can be done in different colours and sizes. We can also laser engrave painted products.

Assembly

Various painted parts are assembled into a semi-finished or finished product. At Perfect Coat, assembly is done in-house by our experienced employees. In consultation, we can also choose to have the assembly carried out at a sheltered workshop. The result is a perfectly executed finished product.
