About Perfect Coat

Perfect Coat was founded in 1999 by Marc Kessels (*1962, Panningen). After studying mechanical engineering, economic business engineering and a MBA, he chose not to enter his father's feed and slaughterhouse business, but to go his own way. Working for an industrial coating company in Brabant, he saw opportunities in the new market for industrial wet coating of plastic products. In the meantime, Perfect Coat has grown into a healthy company with around 55 employees and a turnover of around ten million euros.

People make Perfect Coat

Delivering high quality can only be done by motivated professionals. Everywhere in the organisation, from management to production employees. There are about as many men as women working for us. Some of our people have roots in countries such as Poland, Romania, Morocco, Turkey and Syria. If necessary, they receive language lessons. We invest in our staff by making a personal development plan with everyone. We are also happy that many of our people stay with us for a long time. Every year we organise staff parties such as a summer barbecue or a Christmas drink.

Social

Perfect Coat feels connected to its own region. Most of our staff lives within fifteen kilometres from Beringe. We think it is important to be well known in the area. Only then will you get good staff and reliable suppliers. We also participate in ‘We make work out of work’. This is an initiative of a number of socially involved entrepreneurs who, together with the municipality of Peel and Maas, offer opportunities to job seekers with a distance to the labour market. Furthermore, Perfect Coat is a sponsor of the handball association Bevo.

‘As an entrepreneur, you are just as competitive as top athletes. I think young people who strive for the top are fantastic. They are an example to perform well, also in the business world.’

— Marc Kessels

Sustainability

Obviously, Perfect Coat meets the ISO 14001 standard. We are constantly looking for ways to reduce our ecological footprint. We collect paint residues in a closed water system, after which they are removed separately as fuel for other industries. Where possible, we reduce our energy consumption, including by introducing a new capture system for harmful fumes. This saves gas and ensures that harmful substances are better removed from the discharged air.

We use our specialist knowledge and expertise to devise solutions for the optimal coating of your products.
